How do you create a work order?-Go to Self Service and look for the tabs on the left side. Click on "Workorders/Submit a ticket" and you will be directed to a site to submit a workorder. At the top of the site, there is a plus button; click on it and on "incident." For the category, select "Student Work Order," name the incident, and describe the problem in the description box. At the bottom, fill out your information, including your first and last name and asset number (the number on the sticker on the bottom of your laptop). Click "create incident" and the Tech Team will do our best to fix it!
My printer won't work. How can I fix it?-Try restarting the printer and unplugging it. If this doesn't work, reinstall the printer and try everything again. Also, the printer might be low on paper/ink or it may be paper jammed. If the printer is printing dull colors, take the cartridge out, shake it, and place it back in.
Internet Connection problems?-Make sure you refresh your Internet in case it doesn't work and that you are connected to the network. If that doesn't work, try restarting your laptop. If none of these tips help, make sure the network is available to people around you.

If it still isn't working restart your computer, and then try someone else's charger; if your computer still doesn't charge, the problem may be the battery in the laptop. My internet does not work at home. What can I do?-First make sure that your wifi connection at home is working. Click on this and Log into the filter using your school username and password. This will bring you to Google page. You can use your internet as you wish from there.
